Loving my new laptop. It is the same brand as my old one so was easy to learn the updated features. It is an HP and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great laptop.

This computer has everything I was looking for in a laptop, backout keys and speakers on top. It was a simple request needs, but it works well for me. Plus, bonus, i ended up really enjoying the flip feature on the lap top

Have found HP products to be some of the best and when the sales rep recommended it for my purposes I did hesitate. Like the slum and lightweight case that is easy to use. Still trying to set up my preferences to streamline.

I love the Audio in the computer. It is louder than my old HP - which was only 2 yrs old. This was a replacement & not especially planned, but a super nice surprise.

WORKS GREAT, HAD A PROBLEM AT FIRST WITH A DEFECTIVE PORT AND HAD TO HAVE A REPLACEMENT COMPUTER RELODED WITH NEW SOFTWARE, WHICH WAS VERY IRITATING, BUT THAKS TO A GREAT REP BRIAN HE GOT IT ALL TAKEN KARE OF.

Really fast awesome graphics. I work from home from time to time and the program i use is large and requires alot from this computer. It handles the program effectively.

The laptop itself is beautiful, but there are issues. First, the trackpad is a disaster - hard to work with and confusing to configure. Second, the machine came with Office 365. When I tried to activate it using an existing subscription, I ended up going down a rabbit hole with Microsoft Support trying to fix the issues. Eventually ended up "repairing" the installation and rebooting. If they want to include that with the new computer, they should at least prep it properly or, better yet, provide clear instructions. The screen image is clear and beautiful.

So far I am pleased. I wish It had a left and right bottom when using the touch pad. I ended up getting a wireless mouse to make things faster.

Love t speakers. Bang & Olufson. Will use it for Zoom videoconference depositions.

Great sound! Does everything I need: streaming, browsing, games, etc. I like the 360 degree folding so it operates like a tablet with a touchscreen.

I love my new PC. The mouse is very sensitive if you are hovering over it while typing but overall it is a great pc
