My HP Envy is the furthest from envy!

This was not discovered until after I had loaded it up with my previous laptop files and software. HP's only solution is to send me a memory stick to reinstall my registry. That will undo all the work I did. I purchased this laptop to avoid these problems!!!

Used item sold as open box

This item used had been advertised as used and not new open box. I was transferred four times with different agents with the only solution was to return the item which meant an additional shipping cost
