Bought this computer for a Xmas gift. My cousin loved it!

Not sure if I got a broken laptop or what, but the wireless keeps droping on it Updated the driver, windows etc but issue didnt get fixed, had my old HP next to it and worked fine. also the network card kept failing. HP support were useless and told me need to use Smart Friend service to check the software which Ive been told its not free.. so will be returning it

I have had nothing but trouble with this unit. I purchased it thinking it was similar to my desktop unit. However it takes forever to load documents, and I’m told I cannot use Word without purchasing or renting the entire Microsoft Office Suite 3/4 of which is never use and is very expensive as well. So, even though I can open Word documents I cannot access them, and the offer to purchase pops up on my screen every time I open a new window. Two trips to in-store appointments and two phone conversations with Tech Support later, the 60 days are up, and I have no workable computer.

The sales associate recommended this laptop. I work from home creating MS Word reports, Excel spreadsheets, and constantly use ADOBE. After paying for this laptop, the sales associate proceed to tell me it is a great computer for gaming. Gaming??? I said I don't play games; I need this for work. He assured me it was perfect for my needs. I absolutely hate this computer! It does not allow for easy access to my other software programs, I have to constantly restart the computer just to access Email. I am so frustrated and don't have time to return it.

Logging onto internet is very slow, no matter what time of day. Many websites cannot even be accessed from this PC. Battery life is not good. Runs down quickly.

It only has 2 USB-3 ports, needs more USB ports. Windows eleven sucks. Needs downgrade to windows 10

Have not even had this laptop a full month and have had back to back issues with connecting to network. Everything else in my home is running on my wifi except this laptop. I took it in twice they did a quick fix but an hour later it has the same issue. They wont return it because its passed the 15 day period. Really 15 days! how is that enough time to determine if the laptop is defective or not, if it runs good or not.

The material is extremely cheap. It is currently clicking at the hinges. It's a brand new laptop. I have not dropped it nor damaged in any way. All the specifications and details work as described online. However, when I open it, the hinges make a loud clicking sound as if it will break. I've had the laptop for less than 25 days and it is not eligible for a return. This is horrible. I will not buy from Bestbuy again.

I payed 1450 for this laptop I bought and I got home I opened it it had cracked screen I went back to bestbuy they would not return it I lost out on 1500 dollars I’m so upset now I had 40$ in rewards and there all gone not right so much I can tell u all they better fix this I had to trash the laptop and go online and buy one I’m mother of 3 wider like wow

It would take a minute to boot on. You could see the curser but not the screen. We ended up returning it.

This computer seems pretty good except for when I write emails. It is so jacked up. Certain letters do not show up when I type them. I keep losing the entire email. Random sites pop up when I am typing. I lose the cursor. It is way too much work to try and send an email. I'm afraid I have bought a lemon. I have only had this for several days

Absolute junk. Within weeks there were problems with the wifi adapter needing to be reset every few hours, then troubleshooting stopped working, and with less than a month of use, stopped working all together and just gave me a blue screen when turning on the laptop. Absolutely unacceptable for a brand new computer less than a month old.

I am now wondering if I bought a used computer which is not what I wanted to do. I wanted a brand new computer this one tends to have problems with cursorand connecting to my Bluetooth headset I have to keep filling in information that is supposed to be kept signed in and it just makes me upset that I feel this is not a new computer

Shipped without a Network Adapter cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Therefore you cannot get past the first screen without knowing a bypass. Even if you do there still is no way to connect to the Wi-Fi. Tried everything just to realize there is no network adapter in the computer. Excellent open box btw

I was totally disappointed because I was given a Ryzen 3 instead of the Ryzen 5 I ordered and was told for the 3rd time that it was no longer available. A total disgrace by best buys stores in sugar land and the galleria Houston. You cannot continue to lie and deceive customers without any apologies.

wifi driver is junk, continuously drops wifi connection when nothing else on wifi has problems

Bought this laptop Dec 2021. Internet connection was horrid. Kept dropping in and out. Exchanged for exact same model few weeks later. Same issue. Went to the model that had the Intel processor. So far, so good. But, still early. Wouldn't buy this model again.

Overpriced unit. No number keyboard on the right hand side. The wifi adapter continually switches between networks causing the internet to drop.

I think my HP Laptop is ok, but it was improperly set up by one of the Geeks in Grand Island.

I wouldn’t of had to buy a new computer if geek squad would of fixed it right.
