Great laptop/tablet in one

Great computer easy to use and navigate and best of all you can bend use it as a tablet. Thinking on buying another one.

Easy set up, fast performance

You had to restart it three times to do anything on it. This computer had fast and easy set up. The only difficulty was navigating windows 11, but that's just a learning curve.

When it came to checking out, the gal didn't ask about extended warrantee, geek squat options. Had to go back to her line to ask her about them. She really didn't want to be there and you could tell.

Perfect for my needs

The Geek Squad transferred everything from my old laptop in a couple of days and have been enjoying all the upgrades and speed ever since.

Couple things I will point out that bother me. 1. The color of the keyboard, it’s like it always has a glare and is hard to see cause it’s silver. If you can I recommend black keyboards making it easy to see the letters. Otherwise the computer runs smooth. I never use the touch screen but it’s a cool perk. Speakers are killer on them!
