I bought this computer unfortunately just one day prior to leaving for a trip due to work. I wanted a laptop that I can use as a tablet. So i went with 2 in 1. I find this computer to be very glitchy. First of all the cursor is not pinpoint and you have to maybe Point the cursor maybe half a mm in the left or below it for you to click on that icon. The rotation lock doesn't work. Even the rotation lock is on it keeps rotating the screen sideways when ur moving around and there is no way to turn the rotation lock off as that toggle is greyed out. The keyboard is difficult to use as the printing on it is very vague and if ur sitting in bright light or at a certain angle you won't be able to see it. the finger print reader is absolutely useless and does not recognize ur finger print 19 out of 20 times. Even though i set it up with different finger prints. same results. It is annoying as you have to enter the pin code again n again. The last glitch i want to talk about is the key board suddenly becoming insensitive after you have folded it as a tablet and then you bring it back as a laptop then suddenly the keys dont work until you restart it. Its major annoyance. Now im not in the country i know i will pass the return period and im stuck with this worthless laptop. BESTBUY plz change ur return policy and give us a month instead of 14 days. Im outside the country due to business and wont return till first week of may not sure what to do with this?

Good salesman got me what I needed and then messed up the product key on the receipt while trying to circle that I needed for the software to work. The receipt should come out with it highlighted.
