HP is always reliable. The sleek styling looks so sharp and polished. The display is crystal clear and the speed is lightening fast so that even an amateur can play games with confidence. Bought a new HP windows 2in1 laptop for my GF and bought myself a new MacBook Pro. Both machines are awesome. The HP is super fast and she loves using it. The MacBook with the M1 chip is awesome. Very fast. Definitely would recommend either machines. Just depends on what operating system you prefer

Seems to work well. I like the touch screen and the speed of the computer.

Super fast, quiet, stays cool, beautiful screen. This i7 with 16 gigs is a workhorse. With all of the native apps open this machine's CPU is only around 13%. Doesn't even put a dent in it. Amazing computer! Get it now!

Good overall had a few screen issues however i would recommend.

My other reviews say "average" but my HP Envy is great. I had a 5 year old laptop that was still going strong but this upgrade is heaven sent. Geek Squad set it up and the only minor issue I had regarded that the tech person only included printing (but not the scanning) software. The ease with which this connects to my phone for texting and photo downloads while I'm working on my laptop makes my life a lot easier. I am not a Bing fan and a lot of stuff on this that Microsoft throws my way should be by choice rather than inserted into my life on a daily basis - but SO FAR I LOVE this laptop - period. So far, a good choice. PS BestBuy price matched HP AND it was far better to buy this laptop from a local source with Geek Squad support.

I just bought it less than a month ago so its really hard to give a real impression at this time. I can say that the HD screen is really good. I love the backlit keys. My biggest dislike is the battery i'm always charging it, I'm lucky to get 2.5 hours out of a charge. I would recommend this computer even though I'm still figuring it out.

This laptop is great if you are an artist, the touch screen is amazing and it also doubles as a tablet when folded. A must buy if you are a college student for your classes.

Bought this for my wife's cousin. He has a brain injury and needs assistance with choice. Good options for the money. Hopefully the battery holds up better than mine did. Asus/Dell have a better idea, limit the charge when plugged in-get on board HP!

I was able to take all the information from my Desktop and my 2002 notebook now running at least twice as fast as what I had and the wi-fi is as fast as an Ethernet (wired) connection the most important change I'm now running Microsoft win 11, well done HP.

Fast laptop with all the right specs. I don't use it for gaming - just general administrative stuff, web surfing, word processing. Even then - it boots up fast and is super snappy. Would definitely purchase it again.

The HP-ENVY 2 in 1 is wonderful. The sales associate guided me to the best for my needs. Beautiful picture and very fast. Will meet my needs for a long time. Dan, my Best Buy sales associate, went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience.

Haven’t had it very long but so far I’m impressed!!! Battery don’t seem to last as long as it says but I may need to adjust my settings some too. Everything has been working properly and haven’t found anything I really DISLIKE about it yet!

Another fine HP Envy! We have purchased 5 so far and trhey are great! Good speed, sound, nice touch screen action. The only criticism would be the backlit keyboard, the white against silver key tops is difficult to read in some lighting conditions.

Use this for college. Nice, efficient, fast. Slick model. Sometimes makes a loud fan noise. Not sure if it's just mine or what. On the second day, I had it the screen just blanked on me, I thought it had already broke, but I just shut it down and it's only done it once more since.

Got rid of our big desktop computer to the laptop, very clean crisp screen, like that it is a touch screen also. I am use to a 10 key though so next one will have that feature. Sales people were very helpful. We are enjoying our new laptop!

This convertible laptop is exactly what is needed for the transition from High School to College. The storage is great and the processor is perfect. The price was also great during the Christmas sales. I highly recommend this product.
