I upgraded my older HP Envy to HP Envy 2 in 1 touch screen and couldn't be happier! Transferring my old data was a snap. The touchscreen - converting to a laptop - is great!

I totally loved this laptop until I realized that it dod not have a number pad. I could have sworn that the demo I saw had the number keypad. Although this was a sticking point for me - it wasn't for my son. My son is now as excited as I was initially. He absolutely LOVES this computer & has no desire for a number keypad. I think I have found an HP laptop model that includes the features of this laptop with the additional feature of the number keypad. I hope you either have or can get the model I found. I will be heading to your Morse Rd store as soon as I have the money to speak with Nana. He is super knowledgable & easy to talk with.

This computer performs well but it randomly fails to connect to any WiFi for long periods of time. If I wait a week or so, it will just pick the WiFi back up on its on. Also the screen isn’t very durable.

takes getting used to after an older computer, like the touch screen, not quite used to Windows 11, the different screen/display/icons setup is taking time to get used to

Bought it as a gift to replace partner's ancient- and repeatedly dropped laptop. He chose it and he loves it! Best Buy had the best price too. And yeah- I also got him the Geek Squad protection plan for three years...

Product itself is good, but would rather have a second control key over a fingerprint reader. Isn't an exact replacement from what could not be repaired, but is working well. Best Buy gave me as a replacement saying it was in store, turns out it wasn't and took weeks of waiting to get in.

This laptop is very fast, packed with features, and easy to use. I love it. I had some very precise requirements for my new laptop, and this one is everything i wanted it to be and more. Still can't get over the speed.

Laptop is great. Prepping and transfer of data and programs from old PC left alot to be desired. In particular, there was no discussion or intro of the new computer at time of pickup. That has never happened before and I've been buying from BBuy for along time.

This computer has lightning speed which is wonderful and has many features. I am always excited to discover what this computer will do. I am not very computer savvy but this one almost tells you what to do.

lovely screen. Really fast and lots of space. The sound is pretty good and the 2 in 1 mode is really nice to sit in the couch and watch netflix. Conecting the truly wireless earbuds by bluetooth is really easy.

I bought this to replace my aging laptop. I pretty much knew my desired specs, and the Best Buy associate showed this and a couple of others. I’ve always been happy with HP, and this had everything I needed at a good price. None in store, but shipped to me within two days. Easy to set up, nice screen, overall performance is perfect for my needs. Keyboard is comfortable, although I hook up to a hub and use ergonomic peripherals and a large monitor, and so I can easily switch between work and personal laptops. I don’t need the tablet feature, but it’s nice to have in case I ever do. I also bought an HP all-in-one printer to replace one that’s aging, and the two devices with HP Smart make things simple.

Battery life is lacking. I do like that it does a faster charge up to 50%, it helps ever so slightly. It is a major upgrade from my previous, 7 year old, $200, just above basic Asus laptop. Bought it to use with my embroidery machine programs, Easy to set up.

Finally broke down and replaced my 8 year old laptop. Speed and screen display are great. Geek squad transferred hard drive contents to new laptop. So far it’s working great and exceeded my expectations.

I really like my laptop, it keeps a charge for a very long time and the sales representative was correct about the top screen, I don't even need the use arrow bottom at the bottom of the screen.

I purchased this computer recently. HP says the battery life is 10hrs. This computer battery only last 3hrs, this is disappointing also the fan can be loud,

It has worked great for my embroidery program. My other one did not have enough to run everything in the program.

I love it, it is very fast, sleek and does everything I need it to do and more. Also the specs are really good compared to other laptops around the same price but with lower specs.

Very nice, lightweight, and works well. Ive been using an hp envy 17 inch, which works well too, but unfortunately i dropped it and cracked the screen one week shy of having it 5 years!

I love the touch screen feature. My last Chromebook and table are touchscreen. The feature I really like the most is the biometric login I don't have to enter a password, just my fingerprint.

This HP laptop does everything I ask of it, and does it very well. It is very quick, lightweight, and The sharp display and backlit keyboard are much appreciated. I recommend this highly!
