We didn't need a gaming or a high end (+$2000) laptop. We use it for some business, medical, photo and video, online, etc. applications and general daily use. Needed something quickly and in stock, so that was a huge plus. I'm sure comparable laptops would have sufficed but couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Fast! Fits right in my travel bag although it is 15 1/2 inch. Took it to overseas travel for work. Got no problem so far. Satisfied with it!

I own several laptops and I find HP to be the most reliable and long lasting. I wore out a HP pavilion running it almost 24-7 since it was new. I really like my new Envy a lot.

A big improvement over my previous 7 year old HP ENVY touch screen. lighter, thinner and a bit smaller but with the same screen size.

Outstanding! Awesome! Just a few words to describe this HP laptop! I made the right choice! Had been eyeing this one for a month. Finally, BB dropped the price $200 & I snatched it up! Starts up so fast. Love not having the numeric keypad on the right. Comfortable to type without it. Picture is crystal clear. Flips over & it’s great for streaming! Bought Total Tech too! I’m all set! Once again BB provided great service! A MUST BUY if you’re in the market for a new laptop. This one won’t disappoint!
