Love my new laptop. It replaced the same one I had before that I broke. I bought a silver one and the only reason I gave it four starts instead of five is that it is hard to see the keyboard.

It was alright, not so bright, the audio and volume was decently loud, great folding and 2 in capabilities, ended up returning though, the 15 inch is too big and uncomfortable for me at least

Overall we are satisfied with the laptops. The glaring failure is the visibility of the letters, numbers and symbols on the keys. Very difficult to see even when they are under lit and we are not happy for that reason. Do we have any recourse?

As a developer/engineer, I love what this laptop offers. Sure doesn't have everything the top-of-the-line laptops offer but this gets the job done for what I need it to just fine.

Marquis at the Kenosha store did a great job helping us find the right laptop for our needs. The Geek Squad technician did a good job.

I needed a PC for my son who is in high school and I bought this. There has not been any issue so far. It's working well. My son liked it.

This HP is great. But I yearn for the olden days of instruction manuals. There are a couple features I have no idea how to use.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter to use at college. She loves it and said it is much better than the Dell she had been using for the past 2.5 years that we paid the same price for.

Love my new laptop. Exactly what I was looking for plus a nice upgrade to what I was previously had. Best Buy had a good price and I picked it up at my local store within a few days.

Sound is so low, even when turned up to the highest level, it's hard to hear. Battery life isn't as great as my last laptop, but it's still a good laptop for what I need.

it's a compact computer but it was very difficult to install and transfer all my files, etc from my Dell computer and it still isn't all transferred over. Am sorry I didn't buy the 17 in monitor but I will adjust to it in time.

For the price of this laptop the motor fan should not be as loud as it is. When working or viewing videos the noise can be quite annoying.

Great laptop. Very durable and has survived plenty of incidents as well as running powerful software easily, but needs frequent defragging and other clean up to run quickly.

So far very satisfied with the laptop. Flexible and fast. It has all the features that i was looking for. Thanks to the Best Buy employee because he was very helpful.

I bought this in January '22 and it has exceeded my expectations!!! I have an older model and I trade stocks and needed more power and bought the newer version.

The person who assisted in the purchase was knowledgeable and helpful. He was very nice. The tech support was knowledgeable and helpful as well. They were easy to work with.

High quality laptop (well made, nice fit and finish, quality functionality). Monitor/lid flips so that you can stand up the monitor if you have a remote keyboard and mouse. I would purchase again. Rated 4 stars due to price.

Best one from envy model. Was looking for i7 and found this one best design, powerful configurations. Got good deal. I feel laptop light heavy and not sure why mouse touch have much space. But Overall laptop is good and worth it.

I love my new HP - Envy! The Geek Squad set it up for me, and they are always great. I buy all my tech items from Best Buy, and have for years.
