I love my hp Envy laptop has all i need and more i recommend picking one up if your in the need for a quality laptop

It is working like I thought it work. Support staff there was so much better than we have in Charleston.

I REALLY wanted this laptop to work out, but within five minutes of unboxing it and booting it up I noticed a flaw in the screen. After noticing it, I couldn’t “unsee” it so I returned it immediately. Otherwise it seemed like a solid build. The keyboard felt nice. I can’t say much more than that because I never really got to use it. Fortunately Customer Service at BB was understanding and gave me a full refund. I hope others have better luck. I’m going to try out another model next time.

I am somewhat happy with the product; however, I did not pay attention that it did not have a right-handed keypad. Something that I am accustomed to on my computers.

Still getting used to it. Haven’t used a laptop in a while. Used my phone mostly, so it’s been a while. A lot of changes to windows since my last computer.

This laptop works well, but I wish it had the side keypad for numerals. My mistake for not noticing this. Display is very good, almost better than my tv.

Needed a laptop with good performance and storage, while also being aesthetically pleasing and this fit the bill.

This is a very good machine. Keyboard layout, excellent screen size are features that make it functional. Have used Hp in the past and continue to stay with Hp.

So far, it is performing very well. Only regret (my fault) is the keyboard doesn't have a number pad.

Nicecand fast. Only problem is that when the keyboard is not lit (most of the time), the charactrrs are hard to see (for those that don't touch type).

Perfect for work and play. I used it for digital art classes. I also love the battery life.

Great laptop, switched from mac book, although the mac book is a excellent choice this Hp fits my needs better.

Overall I like this laptop but the problem is the battery life. It is listed to hold a charge for 11-13 hours and I have to charge it less than 3 hours after pulling it from the power source. I work remotely and this is not conducive to my needs. Will be contacting support and considering a return.
