Niggly issues, but fine.

A tad laggy despite the Intel i7 makes it a slight disappointment. I'll also say that despite a trackpad that is measured in terms of acreage, the right click facility is so far right of the trackpad as to make it difficult to do consistently. Other than that, it runs fine.

It is complete trash, stay away from anything the is made by HP, this is the second laptop I bought from them and I have had nothing but problems and their warranty is worthless, they don't do anything to warranty your laptop. The speakers stop working, it freeze and when Im in middle of writing its freeze and close everything that I lose everything I wrote that could be hours of work!!

HP computer lemon; Bestbuy would not exchange.

It had to be sent back to the factory for a new mother board. When returned to me it still had problems. The OS was re-installed twice. Then the display was unstable. Bestbuy refused to exchange it or let me return it, because it was purchased beyond their timeframe for returns, even though the reason for that delay was the faulty machine. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Bad sound quality
