Good workhorse of a laptop but the USB and HDMI ports headphone Jack failed in just a few days. Might need to replace this.

Seemed decent enough, but the fan was too loud, so I ended up returning.

Absolutely horrible experience, I dont think I will be going back to best buy for anything at all. I haven't bought anything in there for years and now i remember why. Absolutely nothing good and walked out qith my computer not set up and not ready. Paid the extra $200 service contract that is a waste of time and money. Not the greatest computer. I should have saved hundreds

It’s a okay laptop. Nothing over the top but gets the job done. The finger pad is not good at all.

Touch/mouse pad is the worst among all laptops ever built Experienced with many pc or mac laptops, this is the worst. Resting hands in the right place, while using keyboard or track/ touch pad to perform a few word doc & internet window tasks causes 20 different hyper-sensitive un-intended actions when trying to navigate. Do not buy if using trackpad or keys on it.

I see so many good reviews but i had the opposite experience with this machine. Heat up so bad, loud noise fan, battery drainage supper fast and display was not as described.

Did not have the number pad. The screen was not the size we thought it would be.

Wifi Card is garbage -- Windows 11 pre installed makes it a bit of a challenge at first -- Sound card is garbage and I constantly have to run the trouble shooter in order to get it to operate properly. Band Olufsen equalizer has no wow factor. I prefer dolby atmos by far. Best finger print reader on any laptop I have owned or tested. Lenovo should take one apart and learn something here for sure. The fail rate of the fingerprint sensor really has impressed me. Battery life is good. And I wish that all new devices would use a USB C connection for power and locate them on the back of th emachines or allow you to plug in left or right side. I am not happy enough with this product that I'll keep it. Returning to try something else in the next day or so l

I just started using it. It’s slower than expected.

I bought HP Envy x360 laptop at Best Buy, Rogers, AR. The sales team was good, explained details about the product. I earlier used Apple Mac products. First time, I bought this HP laptop and the HP laptop is really pathetic. Not even completed 8 months since I bought this laptop, I headed into Wi-Fi adapter issues and so not able to access any Wi-Fi. I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi and on top of that, Best Buy's Geek squad is not fixing this issue for free of cost. This HP laptop not even completed warranty period. Really, not happy with HP products.

I thought I was getting a good deal on this laptop. When I got it home it worked fine for about 2 to 3 hours. Then it crashes and I had to reset everything. After resetting it crashed again. Next day I returned it.

Piece of crap. It worked fine for 6 months. Then crashed with Windows update. HP refused to fix it. Don't buy HP ever!

Stopped working day 16. Co tasted Bestbuy they stayed out of the exchange program. I needed to contact vendor directly. Why purchase from BB if I can get the computer cheaper elsewhere. I purchase from BB for the service and security. Not the first issue I have had with them. This is my last purchased from what feels like the only electronic retailer. I will take my business elsewhere.

this hp is great wonderful it has everything i need and best buy is a good store for me it has the best price

It had everything I wanted but it kept crashing. After three service calls and a new BIOS in the first two days, I exchanged it.

I love this computer. Super slim and light weight. Easy to carry around.

I just bought this laptop as a Christian present and when it was turned on it only worked for a few minutes then turned off. Figured it needed to be charge, nope not the case cause it didn't even charge. Returning it and getting a different one. Maybe something was wrong with this particular laptop. I'll write about review after I get the other one.

now 4 month after buying this unit, the thunderbolt port stopped working, and HP wants me to pay to figure out what is wrong with it, even while the unit is under warranty, states that since I was using another brands cable that may have caused the problem, even though HP does not have a Thunder bolt 4 cable.

It was a gift we purchased for someone else. So, we really can't answer your questions.

laptop looks nice but makes fan noisy. I don't recommended to purchase to other.
