I am returning it due to the flickering of the screen. What a disappointment. I really like this computer. I’ve called back to the store where arak work (Cobb) but I can’t get inside of the store. He was the GREAT manager that assisted me but I’ve got to return this computer

CRAPPY LAPTOP Power button would not turn on after having 3 months. Under Hp Warrenty sent back twice. They supposedly replace power button, Battery and Motherboard. After third time Best buy finally traded for Same model 2 weeks ago. Went to turn it on same thing. POWER BUTTON NOT WORKING.

I was told by Bestbuy staff they had techs too down load my intel from my old I-pad to me newly purchased I-pad I bought from Bestbuy. Only to discover, after going to different Bestbuy locations ,that was NOT TRUE . What a waste of time and Gas .

After less than a year the left hinge broke which caused the screen to crack. This was clearly a defect but according to Best Buy, broken hinges are not covered and considered physical damage.

Returned it! Would not allow me to download any software without paying for HP smart friend assistance.

Bought computer 5 months ago and had an update that locked up computer at start up screen. Now being charged 200 to get it repair. Very disappointing services and coverage.

The laptop Might be ok but I can't use it yet to get my email because I can't get help from the geek squad after 2 visits. I do not recommend buying Total Tech support.

Bought this as an open box was told it's like new excellent condition. Brought the computer home and it won't connect to the wifi system to set everything up.

This laptop is great! I love the touchscreen feature and the fact you can also turn that feature off. Great graphics and memory size. Compact enough to transport.

The computer is great HOWEVER, Totaltech and the whole Geek Squad experience was horrible!

Returned. Found it cheaper elsewhere. Like half the price I paid at Best Buy.

Hinge is loose that when shake it or even try to move it thr hinge is so weak.

I have been using an hp Probook 4540s for the last nine years, and it has been an extremely pleasing experience. This laptop had the performance, reliability and build quality that was unmatched in laptops from other manufacturers in its class. Now that I needed another computer, I just knew that it had to be an hp, and I shortlisted this Envy because it matched my functional and financial requirements. I was lucky to get a good deal on this beauty, and this made the laptop even more worthwhile. After having used it for a short while, I look forward to another satisfying nine years – if not more – with this hp machine! It is significantly lighter than my previous workhorse, lightning fast and utterly responsive, hosts enough storage and ample RAM, boasts an amazing display which doubles as a touchscreen, offers decent connectivity options, and last but not the least, is furnished with a fingerprint reader for instant access to the OS and other security features. Believe me, if you’ve ever used a fingerprint reader on a laptop, you’ll never want a laptop without one! Yes, certain things aren’t the way I wanted – like the headphone jack should’ve been on the front, numeric keypad is missing so I’ll have to buy it separately, no stylus is provided in the package so I’ll have to buy it too, the touchpad is too sensitive even at the lowest sensitivity setting, sound is not as good as the 4540s – but I’m not complaining. Glad to have this in my use.

This is absolutely the best laptop that I have ever had. Especially if you are a university student. The speed, weight, and memory are superb. Stop looking and buy this laptop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far I'm enjoying the laptop. It's 8 years newer than my last, so much lighter and faster. I've had some issues with navigating an internet page using the mousepad, but I don't know yet if that was a page issue or a mousepad issue. I appreciate the features. I had to decide between having a media card or having a number pad. So far I'm happy.

great long lasting battery great storage and amazing color!!

Great laptop have had it for 3 years now and I have no complains. It works like it did when I first bought it. Great quality in the keys extremely lightweight.
