Church needed a laptop to help run the presentation programs.

This laptop has served my well, and I can do some heavy gaming on it.

Great buy. Brought on sale and is very satisfied. Laptop is light, fast and easy to operate.

I am very disappointed with this item. I don't game on it, but it did not last me even two years. One day it started having problems and did not work. I thought about fixing it, but I predicted it may be too much and decided to get rid of it. Very disappointing especially how much I spent on it.

This HP 360 Envy laptop is excellent I'm glad I got it even though right now it's the worst time financially to be buying laptops. But staff at Best Buy in Daytona really helped me. After my OLED screen cracked on my Asus pc by trying to have the screen hold down a stack of papers to keep them in order in my pc case my screen cracked. I found this out at the library. I Ran to Best Buy financially broke and they saved the day! Of course when I got to Best Buy a lot of things were out of stock due to the nations shipping crises and the Pc's I liked would set me back to much on my CC. the Sales man pointed to this opened box Envy 360. It had specs I like I7 16 gigs of Ram and the screen was decent with a lit keyboard and thunderbolt the video card is not that good but i don't play games so that's a moot point. If I give this Laptop positive remarks then it's a good laptop. I would not recommend it for games I was afraid I would only be able to afford a piece of junk but thanks to the salesmen in Daytona I got an emergency laptop I was able to absorb now.

Very good. Lightweight, fast, good screen, good keyboard. Love the numeric keypad. A top notch computer. Not perfect, though. A few minor issues with starting back up after it times out. Of course, these days, what you gain in lightness you lose in number of ports and internal storage. Had to get and external drive and an external USB hub. But I guess that's standard with laptops these days.

Only downside is the lack of a 10 key on a 15” computer. Plenty of ports, which is becoming rare on newer computers. The track pad doesn’t respond to the palm of your hand so it doesn’t move when you are typing, very handy. Display is brilliant and vivid.

Laptop handles everything I use it for: basic web usage, email, Word, Excel, streaming, games (word, solitaire, jigsaw puzzles), etc. The speed is excellent, as is the screen resolution. Even though it comes with Alexa, I was able to deinstall it. I also deactivated Cortana to improve privacy and security.

I bought this laptop because it had all the specs I needed and I can say I really like it. Its light compared to my old computer and everything works fine so far. The only thing i can say about it is that the fan is just a little noisy.

This a great laptop for art projects and college work.

Best laptop I have ever owned to date that has Microsoft OS. Windows 11 is a lot easier and less confusing as its predecessor Windows 10. I especially love the touch screen/ tablet mode, the speed of the processor as well as the SSD hard drive. We have two of these in our house, now.

My first laptop in a few years. Very impressed with the speed and capability. Touch screen is a plus. Screen size is great while still being thin. Only negative so far is there is no Control button on right side of keypad. Didn't realize how much I used that for Copy/Paste.

I bought this HP Envy Model:15m-es1023dx SKU:6479183 for my wife. She picked it out at the store. She likes that it does not have a numeric keypad and she thought the key travel was better than the other brands available to try. There was another HP that was brownish grey and used an AMD processor but it only had 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage and aside from the demo model, which was not for sale, they were out of stock, in-store or online. So we did not buy it. However we kind of regret it. In retrospect we should have just not bought this and found the other one from a different store because the keyboard on this silver HP Envy is illegible. The backlit keys are not bright enough to see unless its a very dark room, and even with the backlight turned off, the keys are very difficult to see/read making it hard to type. The screen is beautiful, Windows 11 is OK once I made it look as much like Windows 10 as possible, and the laptop is very fast. Battery life is good so far but its rarely used for very long at one sitting.

Display is adequate not really bright enough for outdoor use. Touchpad is large but does not appear to impact typing. Keyboard letters lack sufficient contrast and are hard to see unless the lighting angle is correct, this is mitigated by backlighting of the keys. Operationally it is fast and has no issues with any applications. Price was reasonable for a 15 inch screen.
