    Since I have only had the laptop for a very short period of time, the review field is rather limited. The initial setup of the laptop went well and the initial operations were mostly successful. The only meaningful glitch was the laptop was set up to default to Adobe PDF instead of to Word. Until that glitch was discovered, there were several tense moments because I was operating a tight timeline for a critical project. Finally, it appears the laptop does not like to interface with my HP printer. This is strange because both products are HP. I am working to resolve this issue. NOTE: Some of the individual review items listed below are impossible to review given the short history of ownership of the laptop.

    So far so good. It was easy to set up. Run quickly. The keyboard is quiet. I usually have ppl asking me if I’m angry when I type, I don’t have that with this laptop.

    I love this computer however I have already been back to Best Buy to have the Geek Squad check out some issues with it. This computer has a 1 year warranty so that diagnostic testing that was done when I took it in showed some issues and the Geek Squad tech was sure that it would be fine however I am still having some issues with it so I will be going back to have it looked at again. This is really getting on my nerves but Best Buy has great deals and sales and I have always been happy with them.
