    It works great! Wel love it and use it for work and just about everything. We watch movies and tv shows. We’ve even used it to design vinyl cuts for clothing and different projects. It does the job plus some.

    The exact laptop computer was not available and chose a lower model HP. My issue was with the Geek Squad. I was quoted a 24 to 48 hour timeline on converting the data from my old laptop to my new laptop. When I called the 800 number provided they could not provide a status update and state the local store would contact me which they never did. By the third day, I became frustrated it went down to the store as I had very confidential tax information on my old laptop. The store put the blame on me as they stated that I should have called the store directly. Really? If I would have been told that from the beginning, then I would not have become so upset and wasted my time driving the 40 minutes (one way) back to the store. Good customer service is all about good communication.

    Honestly this thing is the best for a college laptop. Can’t speak on someone who’s in computer science, or anything similar, but if your are using it in a lowkey manner, it gets the job done. YouTube, docs, Spotify, chrome runs beautifully.

    Great computer. Easy to use and a nice size screen The employees at the Boulder CO Best Buy and Geek Squad staff are wonderful. Kory, the store manager, treated me above and beyond what he had to do to help with my issue. Chris, the Geek Squad supervisor, also helped me much more than I expected. Hunter Perkins with the Geek Squad spent several hours helping me set up and use the new computer. Hunter was extremely knowledgable and patient.

    The flexibility of the screen and its conversion into a tablet is so convenient. The touch screen is smooth, and the computer works relatively quickly. I am extremely happy with this computer and would recommend it. I like that the keyboard has a nice "click," sound. For the money this computer was right in my price range for what I want to do with it. This is a daily computer for school, finances, scrolling and youtube.
