Bought this laptop on sale for about $479 before tax. For that price, this laptop is fantastic. The build quality feels incredibly premium, the screen has really nice colors, and the laptop doesn't feel flimsy. The specs are also quite decent. Ryzen 5 and 8GB of RAM is a good combo. I would've preferred to have 16GB of RAM, but for the price, I'm not complaining. I mainly use this laptop for college work and general on the go usage. The battery life is excellent, and it charges over USB-C. The speakers are decent enough, though a bit quiet at times. Overall this is a very good laptop. It's a jack of all trades but a master of none.

I am still trying to learn how to do everything with it.

Too sensative of a mouse pad, windows intrudes into places I don't want. Would not buy again

Not sure if the AMD chipset was the problem, or why this would not take all the windows updates. 2x after hitting 99% on updates it would crash and have to start over out of the box. Reinstalled from the web a 3rd time vs default local image, hoping it would be a newer image with less updates. 3hrs of dead end, returned.

Unfortunately, this computer has given me problems since I took it out the box! Runs slow, freezes, and Teams won't work right!

Learned my lesson with this one - NEVER ever ever buy a laptop online, NEVER buy one without trying a floor model out first. This is the worst HP machine I’ve ever owned. Track pad? Garbage. Keyboard? Garbage. Their best/WORST interpretation of a Mac Book and it’s a piece of junk. I can’t wait til I’ve paid this thing off to rip it apart with my bare hands. No hyperbole there. I’m looking forward to it. Don’t but this. I’ll post pics and satisfying video.

Best Buy will Not warranty this after 15 days!!! Unit quit charging after 2 and a half months. Of course they will charge to check the problem out, plus parts and labor after 20 minutes of diagnostics....

Worst laptop I've ever owned. I've always purchased Dell but decided to go with the HP ENVY - I am sorry that I did. Computer has a mind of it's own thinking it can make changes to my home page, screen saver, size of page when I'm typing - Would give anything to return to store and swap for a Dell

The sales person lied just so I would purchase this item. And no one will assist me with this matter after making over 14 calls and they want to transfer me to someone that doesn't help! Very poor customer service.

The day I bought the new computer I came in with one working computer. I left there the next day with 2 computers that didn’t work. I finally got my old computer working somewhat. The new computer has no sound which is a real problem because I bought it for my DJ business. Also you have no record of the copier I bought. A message or phone call would be nice.

Bought it and set it up with no issues, browsed the internet for a few minutes and shut it down. Next day went to use it and said it couldn’t detect the processor, a few hours of trying to fix the issue later I returned it

It was never delivered because of your inadequate delivery system.

Nearly unusable. Touchpad doesn't respond toy touch. Can't do what I need and want to do.

My laptop went lifeless in literally one month of buying it

I love it. It is very fast and compact and the keyboard is perfect for my small hands

I just got rid of an old HP laptop that had gotten ridiculously slow. I stayed with HP Envy and am very happy with this new laptop. I do not use it for work, streaming, or gaming, and it is perfect for my needs. That is not to say it wouldn't be perfect for those activities.

I bought this item for my grand daughter for college and it seems to be great item at the price that I paid.

Perfect for my dtf printing business. It multitasks with no issues

So I've had several 360s since 2018 ,for the price I have to admit it's a great deal! beautiful picture! Speakers are loud and I love the blacklight keyboard.
