Great laptop/ tablet very fast , battery stays charged most of the day

I purchased this laptop for my husband birthday gift. He likes it with big screen and big memories 1TB.

I absolutely love this laptop. I love that the touch screen is easy to use, tablet mode is simple but also quick to switch back to laptop mode. I can sign my name without it looking all crazy, it has good storage and doesn’t lag at all. 10/10 recommend

Purchased because my old HP Envy died on me. It was a good machine and lasted for 8 or 9 years - it was too old to support win11. This new HP-Envy is nice and still has the new car smell. This model is a 2-in-1 and I've found that comes in handy. I use it daily. For the price, a good machine. I recommend it.

Lucky to get the best deal of $549 on this laptop. Last month I bought a 14" variant. I was so happy with the feel and performance of that one, that I recommended it to my family member. Hence bought a 16" model too. The screen resolution is topnotch and the performance is great for home and business use. I am happy with the sound quality as well. This is the first time I have opted for AMD processor instead of Intel and I have no complaints so far. The overall feel and performance of the laptop is premium.

I'm really enjoying this laptop. The screen clarity is great, speed between use of different apps for me is great, and battery life fits my life style just right. I'd buy this laptop again.

Big fan of HP laptops, and this one makes my list of "would buy more of these". 16GB of RAM might get upgraded to 32GB as Windows 11 gets more and more hardware intense. The processor is zippy fast, and I've never noticed the fan crank up. The display is bright and crisp! The touch screen is a nice... touch. But really, HP has their stuff together on this one. Plenty of USB ports on it, but no ethernet available.

When I bought this computer, I had no plans to use the touch screen feature, but it has become really handy. The ability to backlight the keyboard has also been very helpful. I was a little hesitant to buy an open-box laptop, but everything is working perfectly. My only wish would be for the 10-key numbers on the keyboard but I knew that was not a feature when buying.

This laptop has been very helpful in graduate school. The larger screen works well when trying to split screen. The backlit keyboard is a very nice feature to have. On the right side the CTRL key has been replaced with the Microsoft Co-pilot key and that is taking some getting used to. It can be sometimes helpful though. The keys at the top have a lot of useful features that are easy to tell by the icons. The laptop sometimes needs a wipe since some smudges tend to be obvious but it is not a big deal.

Slim, light, easy to use. Setup was easy. Keyboard is smooth.

Excellent laptop. I've been buying laptops, tablets, IPads, etc., for over 30 years. I bought one of the original Compaq tablet computers (still have it). I buy only HP laptops and Surface tablets. This laptop is exceptional for the price. Light. Large clear screen. Excellent choice for road warriors. The tablet function is a great feature. I can afford any laptop, but no need for a more expensive one. Its a business tool. This one does a great job and at this sale price is hard to pass up.

Got it for the best price. The display of the laptop is very good. The i7 Ultra processor is an added advantage

This is my fifth hp pavilion and it’s just as good as my other ones were. This has all the features and plus’s that I currently need. My pages and games all load faster and I am able to do more now with my online game. I have plenty of memory, data storage and other apps needed for my games. Really pleased with this unit as I needed to upgrade for the game to work correctly. Also, with it being on sale, it fit my social security budget very well.

HP makes a great computer and laptops are so convenient to use. The ease of use is great and so far I’m more than happy with this purchase. As always I’ve been happy doing business with Best Buy. You can’t eat their selection and quality of products they sell. They also make it very easy to not even have to leave home to make a purchase. We will always keep going back to Best Buy for most of our home appliance and technology purchases.

I’ve had this computer for more than 3 weeks and I’ve loved it!! Everything about it is amazing, it’s fast, smooth, has facial recognition which works better than I thought, and is amazing for anything! I suggest this computer to anyone
