Super fast processing great responsive touch screen.

My 5 years old HP Envy 360 suddenly died. I get blue screen and it is asking me to install OS. I assume something happened during shut-down, but I have no skills to fix it. I could take it to repair center, but it is 5 years old, so I know what they are going to say. I quickly started searching for replacement. I really like this series, so I wanted something similar to my old one. I understand by reading some articles that HP is phasing out from Envy series, yet I still wanted to get Envy. Then I found this model on sale at Best Buy. Knowing it does not have a numeric keypad which I like to use, but it was a deal that I could not ignore. I placed an order right away, and picked it up next day. My old laptop was 12GB memory, and this one is 16. Screen size is 16" which is about the same with my 15.6" old one. Starting up and setting up was super easy. I remember those old time that we used to take at least half a day to set up a new PC. This was nothing. Screen is super clear, with more than enough power. I like it so far. I am OK with face recognition system, but I don't like the fact that the camera needs to be on all the time. I like to close camera when it is not in use. Process wise, I have no complain at this time

I've been using this laptop for a variety of activities like surfing the web, watching TV and movies, and intense multitasking while studying and researching. The bright screen performs exceptionally well even in direct sunlight, which is a huge plus. The battery life has impressed me with its ability to keep up with my heavy usage. Highly recommend this laptop for anyone seeking reliability and performance.

This is an excellent small business machine! I have owned multiple HP laptops and this one is by far the best I have purchased. The price point was very fair and it was an extra bonus that I was lucky enough to find it on special was an extra bonus! Overall, I am confident this laptop will last me a few years.

I liked the 2 in 1 feature. Makes so much easier to casually watch videos. The 16 GB RAM is good and helps in video editing. I TB SSD means no need of external Hard disk for long time. I bought 1 month back. So far so good. However, Battery life could be improved. Fan makes some noise while doing heavy editing, but it is normal in windows laptop. Will update the review after using for another some time.

This laptop works like a charm. My only complaint is that it has limited number of USB ports and does not have an internal SD card reader or cd drive. I have to attach an external USB port to increase my number of available ports.

Works great. I bought it on the fly and didn’t notice it doesn’t have the number keys on the right, but I love the lights on the keyboard. Nothing fancy but it does what I need it to. This is my second HP laptop. Will probably stay with HP because they are very reliable.

Keeping in mind as using the laptop for personal and office purpose. After lot of research decided to take. Buying in bestbuy with best price is first impressed. After using feeling decision is wont disappointed. Overall above average satisfaction.

So far this has been a very competent machine that has been good for basic office and pdf use, the price was right too for a i7 with a tb ssd, although i would say 32
