this is a good multi tasking laptop. easy for work, easy for personal use, running multiple apps. it’s got a good display, keyboard and mouse pad are nice and comfortable. it runs smooth. best purchase i made.

I’m not that tech savvy but I’m learning. So far I’m able to maneuver what I need done so far. It helped that McKenzie of the Waxahachie geek squad set up my computer for me & explained how the computer works and also told me about Utube videos & 24 hr phone geek squad service. She also advised that I could always come back to the store to the geek squad for additional assistance!

This was a great buy, I caught it on sale. For my use it has enough speed and memory. I loveee the touch screen feature and the platinum look. Battery life is great.

I love this computer and was very happy to purchase it for my son. It’s like a iPad because it folds backwards and then it’s like a laptop altogether wonderful purchase. Oh yeah, and did I mention it’s touchscreen.

I got this laptop in a panic when my Lenovo Yoga gave out and I had midterms due in a few days. They saleswoman sold me hard on it, all but disparaging the other laptops I was considering in its place. I'm not a fan. It couldn't even open a 20 page PDF my first day using it. It kept telling me the Adobe app was not responding, then closing out of all of my open apps. For a 16", I would have appreciated a number pad, but she told me it was to make room for the speakers on top. Those aren't speakers, that's a useless fan. The speakers are on the bottom and sound horrendous, even when I hold it up in the air. Also, the facial recognition is all but useless. I miss the fingerprint pad on my Lenovo... It was on sale, so I guess they are trying to offload the model and why she was pushing so hard for me to buy it. I'm going to return this before the 60 day window closes and get another Lenovo.

Wonderful large screen, essy to use, durabke product

I mainly use this laptop for daily use and school work, the computer runs smoothly and performs efficiently so far. Pro: - Screen display is bright and clear (but the screenshot images are a little fuzzy) - USB ports on both sides - Touchpad area is large and easy for navigation Cons: - Keyboard is plastic, feels not that sturdy as metal keys - The Copilot key replaces one of the CTRL keys, so only one Control key on the keyboard - The fan starts and stops in short intervals, resulting in the fan noise going up and down in a few seconds In general, this is a worthy purchase for its efficiency, portability, touch-screen, and large SSD storage.

Love my Envy Laptop! Top brand Touchscreen,copilot, intel core ultra 7, backlight keyboard etc. lots to learn for me ( newly) but lots of videos teaching so loving it
