Really wonderful product. But the speakers are a little disappointing. The man who sold it to me was a consummate professional. I was incredibly impressed by his ability to meet my needs perfectly. Screen quality is exceptional!!! Thank you very much! Give that man a raise.

We had a Samsung Laptop that was exchanged for this laptop. Very easy installation with a smooth keyboard and touch screen. This was replacing an older HP laptop that was on its last legs. We always are pleased with the HP brand quality.

I had the older version of this computer, and it worked great for 7 years. The big difference is the numbers aren't separate like my older version, so if you are using the calculator often it is a bit of a challenge. If it wasn't for that I would have given it a 5 star rating

I had the same laptop from HP that lasted 10.5 years. When I purchased this, I was expecting it to be much faster than my old laptop. While it is somewhat faster, it is not that much more efficient, and I do not like the new Microsoft program. I do a lot of artistic work on Word and inserting photos and I find it almost hesitates when I copy and paste. I understand that I have a very good laptop re: Core Ultra 7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD, but from a user point of view, I was expecting something very fast and amazing and I don't see such a big difference from the HP laptop I had. I decided to buy a new one because of the battery life of my older one

Very nice HP 16" laptop. Low pre-Black Friday price .... and really good Geek Squad help configuring my GMail App using multiple e-mail accounts. Where do I complain??? :-)

This laptop operates very fast, smooth and is easily portable. I'm able to have multiple tabs open without the laptop running slow.

Overall very happy so far with my new HP Envy. A little heavier than i thought it would be. So far performance is great. I like the keyboard as that was an issue with my prior laptop.

Easy set up, lightweight, plenty of processing power, and doubles as laptop and tablet. A perfect match for what my daughter needed for college!
