    Representative was great. He had excellent Customer Service Skills. I was introduced to my new Touch Screen Laptop. I am still learning how to use all the applications but I am very happy with my new Laptop and the service I received plus the Geek Squad tutoring.

    Very sharp graphics, color and screen display. Only thing negative is the hover feature, which can't be adjusted. It makes the screen go to another page, even when you haven't clicked to do so, but maybe just moved across another choice.
