Bought this HP 2-in-1 to replace my daughter's older ASUS. This HP has all the technical features we wanter; bought on sale so it is great value. Only hardware drawback is only 3 USB ports--2 type A's and a type C; we will buy a USB hub to accommodate the peripherals she needs. This is our first experience with Win 11 and I'm not a fan thus far, but the laptop itself is great.

A really good buy for a good laptop. The specs are exactly what I needed to make sure it will last quite a few years.

Very fast. Tons of ads popping up constantly. Subliminal message being that machine is in control of your thoughts and values. Software is controling and not helpful. Setnup from oldbto new laptop awkward. Cannot play a dvd.

Wanted to switch from an all in one computer to a laptop so I could take it with me and still have one at my desk. Staff fixed me up with complete set up and am pleased.

I bought one 6 months before .. and here are i bought one more now for a friend and he get pleasure to have it with a very nice experience I am gonna buy one more next offer

This laptop is everything I was expecting and more. Completely happy with it ,and it's specs are probably more than what i need. Quite a great holiday sale. Definitely the best bang for your buck.

I get this laptop for around $720, my experience was good so far, a bit heavy compared to competitors in the market but we will use to it.

Seems to do everything we need it too. I much prefer Mac, but for what I need this for Mac does not offer and it’s just easy to use.

For not being a Mac, it works for work. Sometimes, it freezes a little, but it's not a bad laptop overall. I kind of blame Windows (software), not the hardware. I feel the new software will be glitchy on any computer.

even for a techno dinosaur like me it's been easy to use but I don't use it for games or movies etc so am a limited user

Good starter laptop can run anything you would probably need it for. Very reliable.

needed a new box of wires in a hurry. Sales lad walked me through the options. He was very helpful. So easy to use, really like the backlit keyboard.
