Amazing laptop! Struggling to find a stylus that is compatible with it.

It was great the brightness messed up sometimes but other than that great!

Overall good computers Automatically turned itself off one time.

Excellent hp laptop great pic and excellent sound.

Used it twice. Once to set it up and it overheated and shut down during that time. Could not restart it to start the process all over again hours later. Second time i used it was for a zoom call lasting 1 hour. It shut down 45 minutes into it again apparently from overheating. Screen went black and would not turn on again or show the screen until hours later. Obviously I called HP and was told it sounds like an over heating issue and to return it. This was a brand new unit not an open box purchase. It’s going back to Best Buy in the morning.

It has a great start up time. The 2 in 1 works great. No delayed response. Great storage capacity.

No problems so far. Works perfectly and it’s compatible with all college classes.

I can't figure out how to take my personal song videos off my phone and put them on my laptop. Where is the manual that should come with this product. If I can't figure out how to use it it's if no value to me.

Very nice computer. Hard to see keyboard. Don't have keyboard lights.

Pretty easy to get used to, but I don't like the fact that there's no cd/dvd anymore.

While the HP had some nice features, like a free trial of dropbox, there was an issue with the smart mouse pad. It was glitchy and the screen would minimize. I discussed the issue in detail with the State College geek squad, and i ended up exchanging it for a Lenovo that i like much better.

I bought this computer in December and it died just a few months later in March. I’m a very light user and took very careful care of the device. The service/warranty/repair has been a nightmare. I keep getting conflicting instructions on where to go, who to talk to, what number to call etc. I’m currently being told that even though the computer is under manufacturer warranty, the motherboard is broken and I have to pay $360.95 out-of-pocket to repair it. This is obviously faulty manufacturing or parts. There’s nothing I could’ve done to break the motherboard myself. Until now, I was a lifelong customer of HP. HP and Best Buy have completely lost my trust.

I have been having issues with this laptop since the purchase. I have an appointment scheduled to come in and let the Geek Squad figure out what is going on. Sometimes the laptop won’t even turn on. This is not good considering this is a brand new device.

Seems to run a little slow when logged on to Citrix.

Good for what I need it for. Seems a little slow at times could be my Internet service

Computer had boot problems within a week of using. I would be working on something then it would show the blue screen. Upon restarting, the laptop would say it could not find a hard drive. No diagnosing steps would work. Sent to HP service, now works……so far
