    Geek squad service is extremely poor at this location. They were about to send me home with a broken laptop saying it was fixed.Gave us the run around, getting us to visit the store and not able to fix the problem. The two reps and supervisor were cocky and very poor with their customer service. I should not even give this 1 star. I was lied to when I purchased a store warranty. Such bad service and management. Never visit this horrible store.

    My trusted laptop crashed, wouldn't power up and I needed to replace it. I couldn't shop online in advance, I was looking for a Laptop with specific features, storage, memory, ports. I told the salesperson the exact model I was interested in & he looked it up and & said they didn't have it & sold me something else, which lacked the features I needed & others I didn't need, required extra add ons to make up for the missing ports & such. It turns out Best Buy did have that exact laptop available from 2 makers HP & Dell. The laptop didn't have a number pad or ssd slot, ran hot, the headphone jack didn't work, the keyboard layout was horrible making typing impossible due to the overly large touch pad & lack of a number pad which I wanted. I reset the computer before I returned it but it didn't actually clear the device. Please don't try to sell the customer something they don't want and listen to them when they tell you what they want, especially when you carry the exact same product.

    I get alot of Black screen flicker where the display would restart, and my videos would stop and I have to refresh the webpage.. This is despite there being 4gb of RAM still avaiable & CPU not being stressed.

    Not as advertised, its not 2k resolution, customer service and corporate have done nothing to assist nor correct their advertising ,also did not allow refund nor discount!!!! Contacting bbb & consulting attorney for help & possible class action lawsuit

    Worst running computer I’ve ever owned

    I’ve had problems since day 3 of owning this. Keyboard stops working constantly and i have to do a restart. A couple of times I couldn’t get it turned on. Waste of my money since now I will have to buy a new one.

    Only kept it for 2 weeks because the cheap trackpad was loose and felt like I was double clicking every time I click. Typical HP product, I was hesitant to buy HP because I can't stand their printers and this just confirmed why I won't buy anything else HP, even if the sale price is great. Besides for that the lock screen would turn black sometimes which was strange.

    The USB ports are defected. Everything wiggles when I enter into any of the USC ports. The laptop battery life is also not good. I have to plug in every 2 to 3 hours.

    I had problems with my notebook. It would turn off by itself and I had a user login that, in addition to not allowing me to perform any actions, deleted whatever I saved when I entered the demo screen. I didn't have access to this user's password to prevent this. After numerous attempts, I decided to return the notebook to the store. But I believe that this is not a common occurrence, so I had no luck, but I recommend the purchase. I returned it and they took great care of me! Thank you!

    Would not purchase this Laptop.....I had nothing but issues with it. Had continual error messages and then that black screen of death. Had it in numerous times to be fixed with it only resorting back to its same issues, Best Buy replaced it and had the same thing happen with the new one, fixed it and same issues - so took back and replaced with a different brand.

    I really couldn't review this product because Best Buy sold me this Open Box product labeled as "Excellent condition" (which implies Like New) but Touch Pad, Keyboard, Wifi were all broke so I couldn't even configure the OS and had to return it the same day I received it.

    Sometimes the computer goes into “sleep” mode due to inactivity and will NOT respond no matter how many buttons you push. The screen remains black. Its so annoying and it takes an unreasonable time to become responsive again.

    Microsoft Start is vampire bloatware

    There is no way to remove Microsoft Start, and to remove the unwanted information feeds that lurk in every window. I can't use the computer I bought, which is why the rating overall is POOR. I used to trust HP but this Microsoft Start makes it impossible for me to actually use the computer. It needs to go away forever! If I can't get rid of Microsoft Start, I think I will trash the computer and never buy another, and just live with the failing hard drive on my old machine until it dies and then resort to using the library machines when I must.

    Had so many issues ..didn’t enjoy it since month 1. Terrible investment and no support from anyone without a warranty regardless of geek squad protection. I wish I had better things to say

    The keys are too sensitive. If I hoover over the key pad while checking my email it will erase an email that I haven't read yet.

    I bought an open box that was supposed to be in great condition.. The screen dimmer function didn't work. Gerk squad was going to take 12 days to be able to look at it beyond the return date. When I went to buy a new one, it was no longer on sale and $400 higher in price. So much hassle because somebody signed off on a computer that didn't work well. Aside, from the screen dimmer, it seemed like a great laptop
