    Got this computer based on recommendations from staff and also after reading reviews. There were a couple of negatives mentioned in reviews (screen lighting and overheating) have had NO issues with either. The Geek Squad was great in setting up computer and transferring from old laptop.

    I tried for over 20 days to get a computer from Best Buy, I bought a Dell and the screen when blank- great customer service and my membership so I returned it. I found this HP, The store shipped this Envy to my place and it arrived damage, and stomped on, I brought this second computer back they took it and when I asked if they could ship it to the store they said no, so they shipped another to my place. That computer arrived late, I was very behind in my work since I work from home. Then the customer service at Best Buy got FedEx to get the computer to me earlier that the ‘later arrival time’ and that computer showed up and there was a hole in the box and the computer was flipping around inside. When I tried to return the third damaged computer the manager would not let give me the general manager’s phone number Nor would they let me return the computer. Also, I was offered no compensation for my time, gas used in my car by all the trips to the store, and the fact I was late in my work. I do not think it should take over 20 days to get a working computer from Best Buy. And now I have no computer.
