    I ordered this hp envy x360 16-inch laptop for my child's homeschooling in the fall school year, and added to my urge of feeling in buying HP laptop is because of touch screen. I was searching the camera keyboard, but I couldn't find it because installed MS camera in not working right. I pulled up many videos as my guide to navigate computer, but nothing helps. I guess I'm not HP savvy. I guess I'm switching to a different laptop brand.

    I can't think of a better laptop at this time. I made this into a 4 TB hard drive. I only wish the RAM wasn't imbedded, as I would like to have 32 or even 64 GIGS of RAM. But, this is an amazing little laptop.

    Very sharp graphics, color and screen display. Only thing negative is the hover feature, which can't be adjusted. It makes the screen go to another page, even when you haven't clicked to do so, but maybe just moved across another choice.

    the associate who helped me choose my computer was very helpful and knew the questions to ask to suit my needs. the process was quick. it took a few days to get my order. I took my old computer when my order was in to have them transfer my files to the new computer. all went well. I would purchase from best buy always.
