    Computer is great. Had geek squad set it up. I was disappointed that they did not put web root security on it. It’s something that was sold to me by them for my other computer.

    It's a good computer. The only thing I don't like about it is I have to turn it on each time I lift the lid. My other computer, I just lift the lid and it comes on.

    Very sharp graphics, color and screen display. Only thing negative is the hover feature, which can't be adjusted. It makes the screen go to another page, even when you haven't clicked to do so, but maybe just moved across another choice.

    I ordered this hp envy x360 16-inch laptop for my child's homeschooling in the fall school year, and added to my urge of feeling in buying HP laptop is because of touch screen. I was searching the camera keyboard, but I couldn't find it because installed MS camera in not working right. I pulled up many videos as my guide to navigate computer, but nothing helps. I guess I'm not HP savvy. I guess I'm switching to a different laptop brand.
