    I was looking for a reliable laptop that can do the basics and keep me up to date with the latest programs. I have always preferred the HP. This one is pretty easy to learn and work. It has great memory/storage and is perfect for the price.

    I am very pleased with my purchase. The Geek Squad was invaluable in helping me get it set up. There was a glitch in the webroot app but I was told to follow back up with them and they would try to load it again. Otherwise I’m very satisfied.

    I have owned MacBooks for the past 10 years. I needed to buy a PC Laptop for work. This has been maybe the worst computer I have ever owned. The screen seems dull even though it’s full HD. If I don’t use it for a few days and then try to use it, it can take 20-30 minutes before it wakes up enough to become operational. Even once it’s operational it lags for a while before it works well. Battery life has been ok and it’s fine once it’s been running for a while but when I need to jump on my computer and I can’t, it becomes frustrating day in and day out.
