    Very nice laptop, although i have to return it, the reason was because i want to use multiple monitors with it. Hdmi port did not work. They also tried the one that they have on display in the store, and even that laptop didn’t work with any of the monitors that they have at the store.

    I've been an HP customer for 25 years easily spending $10,000 on every product they offer. THIS laptop is the reason I will never purchase HP again. The touchscreen has cracked TWICE on its own. When I received it back from repair, it cracked again. I'm also out $500 having to repurchase software that now doesn’t work. They refuse to give me a working laptop. Total of $1,700 wasted. Foreign customer service is terrible. Thick accents barely recognizable as English. GOODBYE HP. My next $10,000 is going elsewhere.
