    Within two weeks one of the USB ports failed. Geek Squad told me to send it to HP because it is under warranty. Bad answer. I was able to use a USB-C port and an adapter but that is not a good start with this new laptop device.

    This laptop came with Windows 11 and crashed when I tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements on it. Best Buy support was of no help and referred me to HP support but gave me a wrong number. Eventually I reached the right HP support, who, after 5 1/2 hours on the phone, was able to help me set it back to factory install. The sales rep at Best Buy gave me incorrect info and I think she was just telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale.
