    I placed an order on line for a HP Envy 2 in 1 Touch Screen Laptop. The process was extremely easy and the price was wonderful. The laptop was ready for pickup within a week and it has surpassed all previous laptops. Customer service was excellent and professional.

    This is an excellent product a fine device with latest features and versatile. It comes with features that makes it exceptionally easier to operate and itvis rugged. Highly recommended though it cost more but I got value for every money paid for this item.

    Originally intended to buy the 2TB SSD model but the 1TB version went on sale the next week when I went to pick up so I switched and this review is for the 16GB Memory/1TB SSD laptop. Have had it for about a month. Only issue I have is that occasionally while typing the cursor will reposition itself and I have to cut and paste the sentence(s) back to where they were supposed to be in the first place. Geek Squad member said it's a sensitivity issue but I don't agree. However, there doesn't seem to be anything I or they can do about it. Same problem existed on my previous HP laptop but only when it got to be an older device (four or five years). Otherwise, the sale price was the main reason I was motivated to buy this item.

    great laptop for work, school, and maybe single player minecraft or low bit game. the touch screen is responsive and a game changer. there is light mode for the keyboard. facial recognition. good size.

    This computer is great so far. The screen is clear and crisp and there is plenty of RAM to run AutoCAD and still not lag. I'm sure I'm not using everything but it works fine. Still need some time to investigate everything.
