    This HP is pretty decent, speed is good aa well as the RAM etc and love that the keyboard lights up. The HP was on sale which made it nice.

    This is my daily use laptop and I do like it, it gets the job done. But, something that really really annoys me that I didn't realize when I bought it is that the two giant upward facing speaker grills on the laptop deck are completely fake. Those grills have nothing behind them, the real speakers are downward facing on the bottom of the device and sound pretty bad. Having bad downward facing speakers is very annoying to me who really likes watching things using the built-in speakers but that alone isn't that big of an issue. What is really bad is that hp tricks you into thinking there are better speakers on the device with those big glorious grills and no sensible person would ever think to check if they were fake! tl;dr great laptop aside from the bad speakers and hp grossness in making the audio system seem far better upon first glance

    Our experience with the sales rep and geek squad was excellent. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the laptop. The geek squad transferred data from our old laptop to our new laptop and then went over computer directions with us. It was a totally great experience.

    This laptop is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use and meets my home and travel needs. My entire experience with Best Buy in purchasing and setting up was a breeze. I highly recommend the HP Envy and Best Buy.

    Wife bought this to replace an older computer. The two big selling points are the keyboard contrast makes it easy to type and the 2TB SSD can hold the bazillion photographs and videos she has accumulated.
