    We were very excited to get new computers as our old ones had run its last life. I was really hoping for smaller and lighter, but this one unfortunately was bigger and the same weight. I wish there was a computer that was small and light.

    I ordered it online and received it on time. As described on the description. Just have issues with the WiFi connection as it keeps getting disconnected. I don’t know if it’s because of my service or just poor receiver on the laptop.

    After just six months, the battery life is terrible. I get about 4-5 hours and that is it. When I fist got it, it would last 8-10 hours.

    Keyboard and touchpad are arranged poorly. Keys are not in standard locations with your hand position so easy to mistype. Touchpad too big and sensitive and hard to not hit it when trying to type. Also sound is poor.

    Good price. I'm fairly happy with the HP Envy, there are a couple of things I'm not happy with. It doesn't have a built in calculator, or separate number keypad, which I use a lot a. It's also slow on waking up some time, which I don't understand.
