    Due to malfunction of our desktop, we upgraded to this laptop for home use and easy grab and go when traveling. Husband had never been a fan of laptops but he loves this one!

    I love it, except for not having a keypad. I overlooked that when ordering. My fault. Otherwise, it’s a great product & I highly recommend if a key pad isn’t important yo you.

    Not off to a great start. I've had this laptop a total of 53 days and the camera stopped working. I've tried updating drivers, force closing the camera, updating windows to no avail. Best buy support was no help and wanted to charge me for higher level of support (yeah, no thank you). My next stop is to contact HP. I'm not off to a strong start with this machine and for something that costs near $1200, I would expect more. I really wish there were fingerprint Identification/reader available. For any bio authentication, the only available option other than a PIN/PW is facial recognition which I am no longer able to use. Another problem that has creeped up is that my screen sometimes gets "stuck" in tablet mode. I've observed this happening when I close the lid to get out and about and upon next time launching my laptop, the screen is upside down. I've restarted and power cycled my machine but neither has worked. I even tried switching screen resolution which was a recommendation I found online - no dice. I essentially have to lock my screen in Landscape mode, which now defeats the purpose of having the 2-1/tablet mode. I've had HP products for a long time, mostly laptops. I have had my issues here and there, but this is by far the most disappointing. I am terribly disappointed with this purchase and unfortunately I am just outside of the return window! Maybe I received a bad batch, but at present I CANNOT not recommend this product.
