    I was looking for this laptop for some time. And was happy to find this here at Best Buy as an open box. And was described as being in excellent condition, like new. Upon receiving this awesome laptop, it was covered in i assume dog hair had scratches and stains on it. And it was definitely not even close to looking like new I had a major loss in my family and I wanna exchange it, and they're telling me it's outside of the exchange window, because it's been a few days past it. I'm hoping Best Buy can understand that life happens and they can be a great company like they have been in the past. I want to basically turn this thing in and Buy a brand new and I'll pay the difference. I have no problem with that but it was not but I ordered then.I hadn't had time to check it
