great laptop computer works great I love this laptop

Computer missing power cord. I went into the store within 15 days but I was told I had to call 1.888.BESTBUY. I wasn’t able to call immediately and when I finally called they would not acknowledge my complaint.

I've been very happy with this computer. I'd buy it again.

No issues, great laptop. Purchased for work, all good.

The geek squad was very helpful. We like our new laptop.

this is the worst computer I have ever owned. The sales person talked me into purchasing this over budget. And it has not worked since DAY ONE but i did not return it because It has my personal info in it. The audio for recording videos is garbled. Most of my videos has garbled audio. I have been through 4 HP TECHS & 4 BEST BUY techs & no one has been able to fix. they all say my computer is fine. well if you listen to one of my videos that is labeled audio problems you will see. I HAVE AUDIO PROBLEMS. OH and the camera stopped working today too. oh and lets not forget "IF YOU LOOK AWAY, the computer turns it self off. " If you are not in front of the computer, it turns itself off too. it took me a long time to turn off all the auto matic turn off things in this computer.

I returned this laptop because the numbers weren't on the right side of the keyboard. I'm didn't really like the backup light and the way the laptop was design. It was on sale either. I bought the Lenovo Yoga laptop. The keys have a better feel. Instead of the bigger keys. I also like the screen

I’m neutral on the computer because I don’t know how to use it. The help I’ve received from since the Geek Squad after data transfer was completed has been less than helpful.

So far such a bad experience, I have used it for 4 days and the keyboard has froze multiple time, a reboot got it working until last night when it completely died. The only way to access anything is to use the onscreen keyboard or use a wireless keyboard. I spent 3 hours with Geek Squad phone support and now the computer ended up in worse shape than when I first called, at least then I could attach a wireless keyboard to use. Now the computer is a paperweight and can do nothing at all after it turns on, everything that’s clicked is an error. They left it as they can’t help and now I need to spend time making an appointment to see what this tech did, see what can be salvaged and exchange the computer. Frankly, I don’t think I want another HP after this experience.

I purchased this computer for my college students. Great choice!

Product was good but I didn’t like the overall style

This is my second HP Envy. I really liked it until one morning it simply wouldn't turn on. Thank goodness for Best Buy tech support.

The overall laptop is nice. They layout of the speakers and keyboard is kinda funky thought and makes typing feels a bit off.

I mean, it’s an HP. What do you want from it, ok but not great.

I am still waiting for the item after one month. I hope to receive it soon.

I have yet to start using this device and im already experiencing difficulties. Im in the setting up stage. It asked me to name the laptop. Followed the instructions tried more that 5 times just to get the name accepted. The wifi setup was another hurdle. For whatever reason the “eye” would not remain open for me to see that the password imputed was correct. It keeps going back to the asterisk * . Ive seen hp unboxing videos and most of the questions prior to signing wasn’t an option for me. Which i believe will affect the smooth use of this device once I start using it. No user manual. Is that a thing nowadays? No user manual

It broke a month after purchasing But we had the warranty so we are getting a replacement
