    I was looking forward to this laptop since I have always had great experience with HP. However I've had issues with the pad and now the sound. It's taken several trips to the Geeksquad.

    I purchased an "open box" that didn't work. Thankfully I purchased geek squad with the it because it landed me there 3 times, each informing me that everything was fixed, but in actuality, the laptop wasn't repaired properly and left me without a working computer for several days each time with no resolve. I had to return it!

    Had many issue with this laptop initially. Brought it back to BB and the Geek Squad twice. They were not very helpful. Its working OK right now.

    I had purchased this HP laptop and I didn’t want to open it until I found the right case for it. So I found a sleeve, even though it wasn’t really what I wanted. I wanted something that would had fit perfectly so when I used it it won’t get dirty. I finally set it up and then I got sick and didn’t get a chance to even type a word or test it. Now it won’t turn on, I will contact Best Buy tomorrow to see if I can get an exchange. Very disappointed, especially when I’m on a set budget.

    Envy X360 Red appears dull and wine plum, Green appears lime. Display looks washed out -- poor color rendition. HP AMS updated bios, drivers, software and no improvement. Other Envy's on display had same issue, multiple complaints from others found on HP.com and Microsoft Get Help. Would not recommend.

    Terrible computer, this was supposed to be a new college computer for my daghter, the brightness is stuck and won't change, and it crashes and is very slow with her apps. we are returning it. Sorry to say this is very dissapointing as it's not a cheap one either.

    Fan broke within 1.5 months, had to ship it to HP and didn't have a computer. Don't recommend something that breaks so quickly

    This is worst laptop i ever had, in 20 plus years. Network always has problems, i reset everything, switch to hardwire no help, its a extremely over price brick!
