The only flaw about this product is the keyboard that comes with it. It doesn't work well with this PC. I had to go buy another wireless keyboard, other than the keyboard, very satisfied with the product.

Out of the box easy setup. Great sound and picture quality. Fast processor and plenty of hard drive room. Can't beat the value for the money spent, would buy it again.

Major upgrade from previous computer - purchased in 2008. Set up was rather easy, though I am having trouble getting my printer's scanner set up. This might just be a windows problem and not the computer itself. It has a nice presentation to it (sleek), the touch screen is awesome wireless keyboard and mouse are great too. Had it for about a month now and still learning about it. I use it mainly for work, so very functional. I do not regret my purchase.

I got this one for my Home use and I got a very good deal during holiday season. For my day to day use I don't see any issue and I really like it. I see there is a lag in Key board and mouse .

The computer itself is wonderful, however the wireless everything and the Windows 10 is taking a bit of getting used to. Chose to keep my old keyboard as I can't get used to the new flat 'hair-trigger' keyboards. I learned to type on a old manual typewriter.

We recently updated our desktop from an older HP. Love our new All-in-one computer and touch screen! Very easy to set up and has all functions we need.

I love my new computer. I wish my husband were alive to experience this HP computer. When I turn it on it takes less then a minute to access the internet. Games are no problem. Its such an improvement over past PCs. we have owned. I am very impressed.

I am pleased with the HP PC but had some difficulty setting it up and using. It was a few days before completed. The set up was not completed when the person was here to set it up.

This is a great product. The display is bright and clear, and the speed is remarkable. The Windows 10 system is way better than the upgrade version.

I've never reviewed but feel inclined to do so for this computer because I bought TWO and neither worked. I've had PC's for over 30 years. They feel like old friends to me. Loved the touch screen but the keyboard and mouse are pathetic. Why should HP's customers have to buy another keyboard and mouse with a brand new computer? Computer was slow. Every time I went back to the computer after it was asleep, it had lost internet connection. Had to reenter password and wait so long for a connection. Best Buy took them back thank goodness but it's so much trouble to set up a new computer. I finally bit the bullet and bought an iMac and so far I love it. Goodbye old PC friend.

Although still learning the operating system (Windows 10), the computer is excellent. I may give it 5 stars in a couple of months.

My dad is 87 years old and was having mega problems accessing his old computer but now that he has learned how to cut his HP on he is having more ease of access and is excited to learn more and more every time he logs on. I love this computer.

The larger screen makes viewing amazing. The ease of setup a snap and the i5 has plenty of speed for tasks. Very satisfied with my choice.

Monitor screen has a clear picture..very responsive touch screen. Easy to set up and use.

So much easier to see than a standard size screen. Slim and elegant. Very nice design.

Problems with mouse and wireless keyboard very slow had to purchase new ones separately and they work very nicely. Just not the ones that came with the all in one setup.

I bought this in the store. Very good help buying what I needed. ive had a little problem with the network adapter but the geek squad fixed me right up. Very pleased with the item.

Trying to get use to win 10 but with the I5 to me start up is slower than i expected. The 23.8 screen is great. More later
