This is an excellent computer. Nice large monitor, no lag time. Great choice and I'd highly recommend this product.

At installation I expected a complete and trouble free install. I had several problems with the software upgrading and the computer would not load the drivers for my HP Printer. Contacted HP Tech Support and they fixed the software problems. I was disappointed that there was no documentation included and since I couldn't load Windows I found it difficult to complete the installation. Should not have to spend so much time on installation and the Windows 10 was an old version that took 2 days to update and is still not on the Anniversary Edition.. Also the one year warranty was not from the date of purchase or install, but it was from the date of manufacture. I have to submit proof of purchase to correct the warranty. After HP tech Support, This computer now works well.

We decided on the HP All in One Computer for our family computer. It has it all! Easy set up and space saving without giving up any screen size or sound quality. Sales people were extremely helpful and patiently answered all our questions

This desktop has been great for our family. It works for the various needs of all of the members of our family. It is great for internet use for my husband, has plenty of room to store all of my pictures, and the touch screen is great for the kids to use for games and apps for our homeschooling.

I bought this solely on the reputation given me by your capable staff and it exceeded all the needs.

This all in one is the best computer I've ever purchased! Setup was very simple. Graphics are awesome. And having only one cord is amazing. Pairing this computer with 12 month financing on the Best Buy credit card was a no brainier! Definitely recommend this computer to everyone.

I love the large screen, the definition and the computer itself, including the mouse. However, I did not like the keypad and bought a more substantial one which was larger like the one I was used to using on my old computer. All in all I am pleased with the purchase.

HP Tech chat then phone call resulted in NO answers. Only wanted to know what type of m.2 ssd would be compatible with the motherboard for the open m.2 slot. HP tech said they could only provide info for HD or RAM upgrades but not m.2 ssd upgrades!

This was my second buy after a Dell had failed me so bad so I switched to HP. They have never fail me yet. Awesome product for the price, everything that I was looking for. Most importantly, this computer doesn't lag, update or have to restart all the time.

After working the a Geek Squad agent to try to repaid what initially seemed to be a software problem, I was advised to return the computer for a new one. I decided to upgrade to a Lenova Ideacentre even though the cost was considerably higher.

This is a great computer. It will do more than I imagined. Still haven't learned it all or no where close but not only is the appearance of it beautiful, you can run a business and home , all in one....It does exactly what I need it to do. Great Buy Also.
