Was not able to use provided mouse and keyboard, had to purchase new ones. However I prefer the one I purchased over the provided thats why I only took off one star. Wish the processor was a bit faster but it definitely meets my needs.

Cool and Fragile

However the wireless keyboard, mouse and touch sensitive screen seem to tax the capacity of either the software or the hardware. Have had to repeatedly delete and reinstall the PIN number for Microsoft login.

Honestly, I HATE upgrading any of my electronics, but, with the help of Best Buy, me and my new computer are finally getting along!!! Just don't squash bugs on the Touch Screen...seriously, don't squash bugs...

information on how to set it up is hard to find

I'm not very computer savvey and it would have been nice to be able to get someone out here to assist in this. plus the person who assisted me had me buy spyware that is dsc, this computer doesn't have a place for disc. so I can' tell you how much I like this computer because I can't get the programs loaded to find out. I also asked for assistance in replacing the keyboard and he gave me one to be hard wired
