This is my 2nd HP All in One Computer...they make the best for the money hands down...easy to use and very consistent. The large screen is awesome!!!

The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 star rating is because I have yet to locate a disk slot, so I am doubtful it has one. This means I will need to purchase an external one at an additional cost.

Finally upgraded from Windows XP and am slowly learning Windows 10. Love the new touch screen on my hp, excellent sound included; therefore only 1 cord!!

I like the fact that it is an all in one computer. But it does have it's problems, some website like Hotmail take a really long time to upload.

I wish there was a class that went over hoe to use and access all the programs and features of this computer. Had difficulties finding my way around programs, but I am a fairly new user.

We have owned this HP since March 2016 with no issues. The convenience of the All-In-One was great. Been used for busy purposes and personal and has met both uses.

Bought this product, got it home and set it up and it did not have it's dongle. Took is back to the geek squad and even with a service contract the rep would not open another box and give me a dongle. Which by the way if you do not have this little piece this computer's keyboard and mouse will not work. So we had to make a second trip to the store to swap everything out. Much to the Geek Squad and management the new one didn't have it in the box either. Then they decided to give us another brand that does not match our computer but does work...

This is our 1st pc and it is very user friendly even for husband who never used a pc! Windows 10 has been a challenge for myself.Sound is good made even better with Bluetooth speaker!

Went to Best Buy hoping to buy an HP product based on recommendation from friends. Since this computer had all of the technical information and it was on sale, it was a good buy for the money.

This computer is excellent for my home office. Use it with Microsoft Office to prepare Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents. Also great for organizing and editing personal pictures. Love the All-in-One feature. Makes for a more efficient workspace.

After only a few hours of use the hard drive on this unit failed. It was quickly repaired but we are considering other options

Now I'm no TECHNICAL techy, but I love this computer. I love it. No complaints whatsoever. I am a quality over price individual, and I just couldn't settle for less. I love this desktop all-in-one. Thinking about buying one for my mom. =)

The computer is fine and does what I want. Somehow there is a setting that prevents me from opening pictures within emails. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

i bought this computer on sale and was a great buy. i'am no great fan of windows 10, but i,am having a good working condition using his new system. with all the new features i would recommend this hp computer to anyone.

The reason for my middle of the road rating is because I cannot tell if the slow reaction speed of the computer is due to my internet or the "windows 10" nonsense. I have only had it for a month or so and it freezes up, won't open documents and just plain does not want to respond sometimes. Am hoping it gets better.

Great all in one - however keyboard has incorrect 10-key configuration, so I had to buy keyboard. If you don't use 10-key, then this is not a big deal.

Only had it for a few week. So far no problems with it. Will see how long it lasts. Like everything else, you have some good and some bad. Time will tell.

I was a little leery about going to Windows 10, as I was very used to Windows 7, but my fears were unnecessary, as the system works beautifully, and quite easily.

I loved how easy it was to set up and also love not having so much equipment. Just takes a little getting used to.

So far I have been able to use all the programs without any problems that I had on my XP. The biggest downfall is that there is no internal cd drive.
