First off the pc itself is nice. Don't get me wrong, it does what I want however, one huge problem...it is terrible for speakers and headphones. It is so disappointing and I bought it specifically for work but I also like to make music. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. I wish the employee at best buy mentioned that since I told him my intentions of use.

So far everything has gone well with my HP Envy. Easy set-up, great video, good sound and no issues with the keyboard or mouse. I'm very happy.

I was unaware when I purchased this that it had no place for a disc or camera cards. By the time the computer was set up, almost 2 1/2 weeks from date of purchase, and I needed to use a disc it was too late to do anything about it but purchase additional pieces. If this had been pointed out to me when I was shown this model, I would have purchased something else!

Great resolution on the monitor. The keyboard and mouse are perfectly matched, Built in receiver for the keyboard and mouse. Only con that I can find is that there is no disc drive. Had to buy an external.

I have only had it a couple months now. So far so good. Only complaint is the keyboard is slow to react or doesn't work with the wireless.

I have always wished to buy this product and when I finnaly got it I fell in love with it. I would recommend it to all my friends. It is amazing!

This was my first use of an All In One Computer and it's wonderful to use with very little wires and the wireless connection to my internet has never gone down. It's like having a very large laptop.

With the help of Geek Squad, my computer is working well. Because of the printer crashing, the computer isn't working at full capacity of printing and scanning. One more shopping spree needed!

I am loving my new Asus lap top that can go into tablet mode and we finally have a printer (Laser Jet Pro HP) that works every time!

I was replacing an old laptop and since I also had a tablet, wanted an all in one for my desktop. Set up was easy, screen is beautiful, and it works like a charm. Very happy with the purchase.

Great computer, nice resolution and sound. has no cd player and all the ports are on the back which its hard to reach at times.

Not as expected. Needs external dvdr. Sound not good.

This is my first all in one system...so impressed with the monitor resolution. It's like a TV screen. Very easy to follow online setup... I'd rather work from home now than at the office!

Product good but had trouble transferring data from XP to Windows and lost data. Needed long learning curve for Windows 10.

the product is probably good the problem is customer service. I asked if I bring my laptop in will they put everything on the new computer like it is on my laptop, I use it for work and I can't be without it. Also will you clean up the the laptop it's running slow. Not only did they not setup the new one, the laptop is worse than when I dropped it off. I paid extra for geek squad and the work. Very disappointing.

Disappointed it doesn't have a DVD/CD drive to play music or watch movies

Nice unit, appreciate the large screen. Doesn't operate exactly the same as my last unit, but enjoying it immensly

The hp Envy lives up to its name - people will envy you for sure. Stunning screen display, great sound (Bang & Olufsen) with a fast startup, make this computer fun to use.

Bought this computer in January,it has been in repair at geek squad in Altoona pa for over three weeks now,they can,t fix it .I seen by an e-mail the other day, that they sent it out for repair. They didn't even ask me before they shipped it,I don'know where and the h--l my new pc is now. They lousy geek squad.
