Not what I expected

Got it home set it up, had to go back for missing part, got home set it up and it was very slow, bought it for my daughter to.do online school.and the system froze up.first day of school. Trouble shot the problem, all.seemed fine until next day of class...froze again...looked up specs and saw I was mislead about the product..took it back...this is second time this happened at this best buy location. Im thinking IF I ever purchase from best buy again it will be at a different location
