Best Buy service employees have been great in explaining things for me. I have learned how much things have changed since I left the workforce, and am getting up to speed. This is a user friendly machine and I feel anyone could use it. I am 86 years old, retired for 20 years, but am catching up on all the improvements.

Very happy with the Envy all in one. It has all the features I desire and saves on space as well. I would recommend it to anyone.

Love the All in One no tower to mess with and the touch screen works really well and the picture is very clear. Easy set up and fast

I bought this computer in January, after having it for 2 weeks the hard drive completely failed. I had to then pay to have my data extracted before sending it into the factory for repair. They had my computer for almost 4 weeks. Since getting my computer back it continues to fail and then reboot at least twice a week and it can barely hold an internet signal. I've always loved HP computers in the past, but this has pretty much ruined that. Not worth the $900...

I got great geek help getting me use to a new computer. Very patient with me. The computer is great and much more enjoyable.

Very easy to set up. Much easier to deal with then a conventional CPU. Very happy I made the decision to get this all in one!

Got this computer at a discounted price because it was "open box" , but we've had no problems with it & we love it!!
