The wireless keyboard lags in response between keyboard and screen. Keyboard very flimsy. Mouse also has slow response and feels flimsy. Not having solid state drive make it slow.

The hard drive broke down the first week, best buy didn't gave a new one instead they said beacuse was under warranty will send it to a repair center and will take a month to come back. Now I bought a brand new computer and will have to wait 1 month to receive a " refurbish " .

I find that this computer/system is super slow compared to my last computers. Although this is my first all-in-one touch screen computer, I am rather a bit disappointed.

Geek squad was able to help me get Google installed. I had tried a couple of different computer stores without much success. If it continues to work, I will be happy.

Over all it is a decent purchase, gets the job done, but I am not impressed...took like an hour to get the keyboard to work...

Didn't work my my stencil cutter since it didn't have the right version USB input. Works fine as a computer for my bookkeeper.

This computer has worked flawlessly right out of the box. The display is large and clear, and the audio quality is excellent. It's quiet and quick. The touch screen works perfect. I hooked to the internet with a wired connection, and it's lightning fast. The wireless keyboard works fine, but the 0 on the number pad is located in such a way that it's easy to hit the arrow key instead. My only real complaint is that the wireless mouse feels pretty cheap (but works fine), and I can replace that with a really nice one for just a few dollars if the mood strikes me. I am perplexed with some of the issues folks have complained about. It seems as though some are blaming the computer for their own issues. Don't load up the machine with unnecessary software which runs in the background, and it should perform very well. If you have a lousy internet connection and go the wireless route, then download speeds will be slow. The wireless dongle is built in (it says this in the setup instructions), so why complain when there isn't one taking up a USB port? Overall, for the features and price, it's a great unit!

Its a little slow when it turns on the touch screen isnt great but overall pretty good wish windows 360 wasn't a yearly cost

Good product to have at home. What I love the most is that there is no tower as it used to be many years ago.
