This computer works well for me because especially since I down sized from 2 monitors to one large screen.

I was expecting screen solition perfect but i was usu it not like wha i was i expected. Screen is too dark.

Our laptop had the mother board go bad and we replaced it with the all in one. Seems to be working well.

had to return after many calls to geek squad[they were very helpful]

Looks great but I wish it had SSD hard drive. For basic computing and web browsing works well.

Purchased and worked with it for a week and returned it for the all in one Dell.... Way better unit

I wish the price would have been lower because I should have just went with the mac desk top

We bought this to replace my wife's failing computer. We were told that the info on the new one would be exactly like the old one so we paid to have everything transferred from the old one to the new. It's not EXACTLY like the old one. My wife has a part time bookkeeping service and they would not transfer her files to the new computer. She also spent hours and hours putting our photos into albums in a "Kodak" function on the old computer and we were told they could not do that either. Consequently the new computer is STILL in its box, useless to her, and at the moment we are unable to hire someone who understands the inner workings of a computer to come and fix what we paid Best Buy to do for us. Best Buy will never see our faces in their stores again! Can't review something we can't use!

The wireless would not connect so I returned it and got a dell.

Battery door for keyboard defective. Cannot close completely.

This computer is horrible. It is slow, keyboard and mouse are almost unusable, typing is painful and it's impossible to select anything on the screen with the mouse. It is very stylish and looks good in the home office, but unless you just want to look at it or maybe use it for a paper weight, you would be better off buying something else. It's definitely style over substance. I would return it if I could, but it's too late, will be buying a replacement for it asap. I would give it zero stars if I could. Windows 10 is too much for integrated graphics and lower end processors.

The computer functioned great no problems until the second day. It's so slow it takes minutes to load a web page. That could be our problem but it is the only computer with issues. If those issue ever get resolved I think it would be an awesome computer.

This one in all CPU is very sluggish and does not operate fast even after I uninstalled all the bloat ware. I would not recommend this one all to anyone do to how slow it runs, but this might have to do with windows 10.

Overall I'm pleased with the performance. Super fast when I get the right wi-fi speed. Screen is crisp and clear, speakers are good for what they are and the touch screen works well. My only real grip is that the blue tooth mouse is very finicky and doesn't work 100% as other mice I've had with the unifying receiver plug in. I didn't realize when I purchased this unit that it did not come with an optical CD/DVD drive until I went to install the software I purchased. I'm not sure why this machine did not come with an optical (CD/DVD) drive which I found to be annoying at this price point, I'm assuming it is because a lot of software can be found to be down loadable. This doesn't take away at all from the performance, just know that it doesn't have one so shell out a couple of bucks for a portable drive. Overall, I like the machine and it is performing well to this point.

I spent a lot of days, looking for a great computer with a competitive price, and when I found this computer in Best Buy definitely I bought it. Thi HP ENVY All-in-One PC is extra super fast, you can imagine it has a intel Core processor 6th Generation. I love the HDMI ports that has this pc. The audio is amazing. The screen is definitely the best for me, amazing colors and touchscreen. I really love this computer, is like a dream!!!

I purchased this and the hard drive was not good. Very disappointing after spending a lot of money on a new computer.

I purchased this HP Model: 23-014 thinking it would be comparable to 23-q014 [which is on clearance and harder to find]. I love the HP 23-q014 and wanted another so I could use the same model at home and at work. The Model: 23-q014 has an Intel i5 3rd generation core running at 2.9 gHz and has a SOLID STATE 1 TB hard drive that is incredibly fast and responsive. It also has an ergonomic base that allows it to be placed in any number of positions. The sales person suggested this was the same unit but better speakers. My mistake was listening to the sales person without checking it out This is a straight i5 running at 2.2 gHz with a regular 1 TB spinning hard drive and cheap legs that make it immovable. Contrary to the sales pitch this is not a step up from the 23-q014 - it is a serious step down. This unit is slow and unresponsive. On top of that, the dongle for the wireless keyboard and mouse was missing; fortunately I had an extra keyboard and mouse, but... I am very disappointed and wanted to warn others that this unit is not what it appears to be. This is a dud: find the HP Model: 23-q014 if you can.

The windows 10 is a monster mistake of technology. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE TO THE PHILIPINES (can't understand them)FOR AT LEAST 20 HOURS TRYING TO GET WINDOWS TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. BOTH THE COMPUTER AND PRINTER ARE HP PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WIRELESS. AFTER NUMEROUS HOURS ON LINE I HAVE HARD WIRED THEM.

Computer is nice but too slowl. Great looking computer better quality

This computer met every expectation. My son wanted a computer to play minecraft and other games on. But I wasn't ready to purchase an over the top gaming computer. I checked the requirements to play his games and this computer met those requirements. I love the sleek look of it. Easy set up. Speed was not an issue Decent processor. No lagging during game play. And it has all the bells and whistles built in camera Windows 10 and can turn into tablet mode on screen with one click. I think the price was fair.
