The purchase was simple. The geek squad were very reliable and answered all of our questions. The setup was simple and quick. The All-in-One PC is the way to go.

Love the fact that it is an all in one and I it has a touch screen.

I wish it had a cd drive. Did not realize that when I bought it.

Someone was tell me about this computer because I was going back and forth on which computer to purchase. Just set it up. So far we love it. No problems yet.

I purchased this computer to use as my second workstation in my new pharmacy. It has worked great, and I really like the touchscreen for easier access.

I've never owned an all-in-one computer until this and I love it. Easy to use and takes up very little space. I am in school and it does everything I need it for and runs very fast. I also hooked another screen to it which runs perfectly fine. I use a Usb corded mouse and keyboard just because I think they react faster. I don't miss not having a cd rom drive either.

I love the all in one unit the only thing is windows 10 that come with it worked fast until one day this started to get errors and couldn't resolve things had to take it back to the geek squard and they couldn't fix it so had to go back to the org. faults and start over again. wasn't very happy still don't have it the right way yet. Please buy the ext. warranty as you never know what will happen with any of these computers.

The computer I purchased just prior to this one was a lemon, so I pretty much just took this one because it was there, but have liked it very much and not had to call the Geek Squad once yet. Only complaint is that facebook or something causes the display driver to quit responding and it quickly comes right back on. The previous computer did the same so it may just be a Windows10 glitch that isn't worked out yet.

I love the display but don't like the keyboard or mouse as much as my previous HP desktop.

Me and my wife were looking for a computer that had a good amount of memory and had decent speed and we found it in this computer. The wireless keyboard and mouse coupled with the touch screen monitor/cpu has simplified our set up. We use our seldom used dining room table as a work station and this computer is as simple to use as a laptop but simpler.

Best Buy staff were very helpful. I bought my first all-in-one computer last month. It's great! It has a touch screen and the resolution is fantastic. It was very easy to set up, even for a non-tech savvy person like me. Windows 10 is taking some time to get used to, but overall I am super pleased with my purchase.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this one to you.

Very user friendly. Doesn't come with an internal hard drive and they keyboard sticks.

Got this computer on sale and it is fabulous. I love having the big screen(I'm old with bad eyes!!), it's nice to be able to use the touch screen. The mouse and keyboard are wireless so I can sit back from the computer and change my music or the movie I am watching. The processor is quick and the only thing slowing it down is my internet!
