I originally purchased this HP last Thanksgiving. Upon opening box, one of the speaker grills was slightly bent. Best Buy replaced it with no hassle and it was in stock. Being a Windows 7 user, I was skeptical with the Windows 10 for a few months. Once I got used to it, everything became so much easier. I LOVE the screen swiping and reading the newspaper online is great. I don't even have to use my cheater glasses! haha. I have an LG Blu-ray CD-rom that plugs in and the picture is amazing. Sound from B&O is good but adding Sub would make it perfect. This is a great product for people that don't have a lot of space. I have an HP Envy 7640 Blutooth printer connected to it and love the clutterless look. I upgraded our router to a Netgear Nighthawk unit and it was worth every penny. Very happy with the response time of this All in One. I can run several programs with no lag.

bought this as a birthday gift for my son , he says it's super fast and he loves the 23 inch screen. better than his dell which he has had for over ten years, hope this one last as long.

What a great purchase. To have everything you need without all the clutter. The screen is big so you're not struggling to see but thin enough so you have plenty of room on your desk. The wireless features of the keyboard and mouse is easy.

Good quality picture. I like Windows 10 with the exception seems to be doing frequent updates that are supposed to be in the background but seem to make the machine lock up/freeze. Easy setup and easy to connect to my wireless network.

I have always had desktop PCs, but liked the space saving features of the all in one with a larger monitor. I like this HP Envy and the picture on the monitor is awesome. I was not as impressed by the Geek Squad set up of the new computer. They did not do a good job of transferring info from old computer (also an HP) and I have a lot of duplication to deal with.

The unit is light to carry, easy to set up and combined with windows 10 has better capability than I have ever had.

very nice large touch screen but a bit slow. Not totally intuitive

I was able to get it set up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Screen and keyboard are comfortable to use. Computer functions very well for our Microsoft and Adobe programs.

I wished I had purchased computer with CD drive. An excellent computer.

Computer starts with a beautiful screen, it is fast and handles windows 10 easily. The extra wide screen has been helpful in watching videos. My computer "doctor" advised me that this was a great bargain and the best I could buy at a surprisingly low price. He steered me to this product and was right.

A great computer. I use if for basic internet surfing and to create documents.Love the screen size and that you can tilt it for a comfortable view. The keyboard is comfortable to use, also. At times, the computer seems to run slow but I'm not sure if it's the computer or my internet connection. Overall, very pleased. I would recommend this.

Great camera, excellent picture quality and good looks. Easy to set up and very compact. Love this product!

The HP - Envy 23.8 Touch-Screen All-In-One is the perfect combination of a desktop and a tablet. The power of the classic desktop with the navigation of a touch screen makes accessing the internet much easier. I still prefer a desktop for my business apps but I also prefer not using the mouse.

Purchased this for my husband and he's quite happy with it.
