this is so easy to use, picture is great, we really like it

Keyboard and mouse didn't work. Best Buy said it was beyond the 15 day warranty and send the entire computer/keyboard and mouse to HP. I didn't even set the computer up for 15 days because I was working on a contract on my old computer and wanted to finish it before starting with a new system. Best Buy was not helpful and the keyboard and mouse that comes with the HP computer is worthless. I purchased a Logitech keyboard and mouse at Costco (who honors their product sales) and the system seems to work fine.

Everything was going good but the mouse and keyboard are terrible. I suggest you buy a new one. Because I wanted to throw mine through the screen. It's not compatible with it. But all and all great monitor.

Computer is fine but I find Windows 10 very confusing

The computer is really nice. The keynoard and mouse are really bad and slow they go crazy and freeze a lot whichngets frustrating. I love the big screen of the computer and so far it works very good.

At first I was skeptical to purchase this item. But I was convinced that this was the best item to purchase. Not because it's HP and they been around for so long, but because of the performance it has to offer. I really loved the fact that it has no tower with it. It's touch screen. I enjoy it every single day.

Had every intention of purchasing another all-in-one brand, but the H/P Envy sold itself. The large curved screen is incredible. The new Windows 10 OS is a winner too. The Microsoft support desk, 1 (800) 642-7676, remotely accessed my computer to help me find the appropriate driver for my external DVD player.

This is an awesome computer that fulfil all of my needs. It can run Shadow of Morder on High settings comfortably.

First PC purchase in almost 9 years and it was well worth the buy. Used mostly for editing a multitude of family photos and Skyping with family which it serves well in both capacities. Had a little hang up with a couple of drivers but easily solved with the help of HP support. Great product!

I didn't realize that it did not have the disk drive option to play DVD and CD's. Otherwise it's a great computer at great price.

They helped me out within 5 minutes and got me out the door.

Ordered this computer from my local Best Buy and it arrived way ahead of schedule. Super easy to set up and Windows 10 is working like a charm. The computer itself is very clean and bright, and it is perfect for the light office work that it was purchased for. Very happy!

Bought this computer with the intention to use it for personal and some business use. Works perfectly for my needs. Gets a little slow when I have too much stuff open but I think Geek Squad may be able to help speed things up again. Overall great choice, love it!

Good quality computer, love the screen size, still getting use to Windows 10, still trying to figure out features , easier to use than the I Mac I tried and took back
