The one I brought home was glitchy or twitchy or something. It too forever to boot up and then it was like something was running in the background. The mouse would jump around instead of move smoothly. Applications opened slowly. I tried to find the cause in Task Manager but it all looked pretty normal to me. I had to return it. It was a beautiful looking machine and I was quite disappointed.

Excellent all-in-one desktop. This PC will do everything you need and do it well

compact but powerful. Excellent graphics. Not cheap but I feel it is worth it.

The HUGE issue that has bugged me a great deal about HP Envy 27 Touch-Screen All-In-One is its lackluster memory performance. I purchased this system because I saw that it had 12GB of RAM, but that huge amount of memory did not help at all with the system performance and multi-tasking. For example, when I launched a Web browser, the performance of the mouse was slowed down a great deal. The mouse was kind of “stuttering.” Moreover, when I was installing an application, for instance, Microsoft Office, I could not do anything else because I could barely move my mouse pointer anywhere; it was slow, sticky, pausing, interrupting and faltering. All functions came to a grinding halt. So much for “12GB Memory”! A very disappointing purchase!!!

After our Lenovo All in One crashed, and with a looming $800 repair bill, we were in the market for a new computer. We looked up reviews on Consumer Reports and HP rated higher so we went to Best Buy to purchase our HP Envy. Within the first few days and during the initial set-up, I ran into some programming problems, so I called HP to assist (since it was THEIR technology). After spending almost 2 hours with various technicians, (passed from one to another) they pointed fingers at my ISP. Which was absolutely not the issue! So I finally gave up, since the internal FAX functionality I was trying to resolve for was not a necessity. Three weeks after I purchased it, the system started running so slow that I literally pulled out my iPhone and used the stop watch to see how long it would take to open Excel. After 3 minutes I gave up and shut it down. Long story short, I ended up taking it to Geek Squad for their analysis since I had a support contract with Best Buy and HP obviously did not know enough about their own product to fix it. Knowing what I know now about HP's service (and after explaining to multiple HP "support technicians" that I had just spent a lot of money on a product they didn't know how to program or troubleshoot), if I had it to do again, HP wouldn't get a dime of my money. I would have gone back to a Lenovo product. The product itself is average - nothing stands out as a notable feature or exceptional functionality. If you can't support the product that you manufacture and sell, that is a direct reflection on the value of your company. HP's service is horrible - thus my one star.

This computer was very slow and I returned it next day.Purchased Lenovo and it is great.

The computer is great the wireless keyboard is horrible but the software and the product itself overall is well worth the money.

The USB ports are not in the best locations, especially the ones underneath the screen.

Not sure what was wrong with this HP...stayed in the shop.

The only decent thing about this pc is the size of the screen, you get very little with it and you have to buy all the add ons to make it a real computer. I wouldn't buy this again.
